Who sells

What you buy
The full ATLAS Digital Health Audit report on the website you had measured on this page: a PDF document (and its browser version) with the executive summary, the score of each area and what it means, every check executed with its measured value on mobile and desktop, real screenshots of your site, a work plan ordered by priority with the estimated effort of each improvement, and the future improvements suggested. The number of checks executed is printed in the report itself. The report is issued in English or Spanish, depending on the language you requested the audit in.
What you do not buy
The report is an automated diagnosis of a web page on a specific date. It does not include carrying out the improvements, it does not guarantee any business result —no revenue, no search rankings, no return— and it does not replace the specific professional advice (legal, tax, accessibility) your case may require. The figures in the report are those measured by the system at the time of measurement; your site may change afterwards.
Price and payment
250 € per report, Spanish VAT at 21% included, on one specific website. That is the final amount, and it is what checkout shows before you confirm. Payment is processed by card through Stripe under its own terms; we never see or store your card details. You will receive the Stripe receipt by email. If you need an invoice with your tax details, enter your tax ID at checkout or write to info@useatlas.pro.
Delivery
As soon as the payment is confirmed, if your website already had a score on this site, we email the full report of that same measurement to the address you gave at checkout, as a PDF and with a link to view it in the browser. If your website had not been measured, we measure it right then with a real browser and the report goes out as soon as it finishes, usually within ten minutes. If you do not have it within thirty minutes, write to info@useatlas.pro with your order number and we will sort it out.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within fourteen days. Since this is digital content delivered immediately after payment, by confirming the purchase you expressly agree that delivery starts at that moment and acknowledge that, once the report has been delivered, you lose the right of withdrawal. If you buy as a business or professional, withdrawal does not apply.
If something goes wrong
If the report cannot be generated or delivered for a reason on our side (for example, the measurement could not read your site and the score is not defensible), we refund the full amount. If you paid twice by mistake or on the wrong audit, write to us and we will correct it. Any claim is handled at info@useatlas.pro.
Ownership and use of the report
The report is for your use and for the people you may ask to carry out the improvements. You may share it with them. You may not resell it or publish it as your own.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring claims before the courts of your place of residence and use the European online dispute resolution platform.
