Who processes your data
Iván Álvarez Martínez (trading as UseAtlas), Spanish tax ID 05414460F, with address at Polígono, Parcela 3 - 001, 07816 San Antonio de Portmany, Ibiza, Islas Baleares, España. You can write to info@useatlas.pro about anything related to this page.
What data is collected
Your email address, the website address (URL) you ask us to analyse, the result of the analysis —the score and the checks it did not pass—, the date, the language you saw the page in and where you came from (the referring site or the campaign parameters in the link). The email is requested before the analysis because the summary is sent automatically when it finishes. If you buy the full report, the payment provider also sends us the buyer's email, the sale reference and, so we can issue the invoice, the name, tax ID and billing address you enter at checkout. Your card details are handled only by the payment provider; we never see them. No other personal data is requested or stored.
How your website is analysed
The analysis is automated: a program opens the address you provided in a real browser, runs a fixed list of technical checks and computes the score from them. No person takes part in that computation and the result has no legal effect on you: it is an informative diagnosis of a web page, not a decision about you. If you would like someone to go through it with you, write to us.
Why
To run the analysis you ask for and send you the summary; to deliver the full report if you buy it and issue its invoice; and, only if you have agreed by ticking the communications box, to write to you about the improvements your report suggests. Also, in aggregate, to learn which channels work and improve the service.
Legal basis
For the free analysis, your own request: by sending the form you ask us to analyse that website and send you the result, and you do not need to tick anything. For the full report, the performance of the purchase contract, and for its invoice, the legal obligation to issue and keep it. For marketing communications, your consent, which is optional: you only give it if you tick its box, which is unticked, both when requesting the free analysis and when buying. Neither the analysis nor the purchase depends on it.
Marketing communications: optional and revocable
We only write to you about the improvements your report suggests if you ticked the box «I would like UseAtlas to write to me about the improvements my report suggests», when requesting the free analysis or when buying. You can withdraw that consent at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons: reply to any of those emails asking to unsubscribe, or write to info@useatlas.pro from the address you used. Withdrawing it does not affect the analysis or the purchase, or anything done before, and we will not write to you for marketing purposes again.
For how long
As long as it remains useful for the above, and at most two years from the last contact. Purchase data is kept for as long as tax law requires. It is then deleted. If you ask for erasure, it happens sooner.
Who else sees it
Only providers acting as processors and solely under our instructions: Hostinger, which hosts the server that runs the analysis and stores the data; Resend, through which the email is sent; and, if you buy the full report, the payment provider Stripe, which processes the payment under its own terms. Resend, Inc. (USA) sends our emails. Sending is processed in its EU region (Ireland). As it is a US company, there may be an international data transfer, covered by standard contractual clauses. Your data is never sold or shared with anyone else.
Cookies and storage
This page sets no cookies, no third-party analytics and no advertising pixels. The only thing it keeps in your browser is where you came from, in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. The language is not stored: it travels in the address itself (?lang=es or ?lang=en).
Your rights
To access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it and receive it in a portable format. Just write to info@useatlas.pro. If you believe your request was not handled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
What you receive by email
A single email with the summary: the score and the failures that weigh most. It carries no attachments and no links to any report. We will only write to you later about the improvements it suggests if you ticked the communications box.
